Nespresso is undergoing a global digital transformation alongside a major brand evolution, redefining its eCommerce platform into a more intuitive, engaging, and scalable experience.
As Design Lead for the programme, I built and led the design team while driving the vision, strategy, and delivery of the experience from concept to implementation. Working across markets and disciplines, I helped shape one of Nespresso’s largest digital initiatives, establishing the foundations for a scalable global platform, with Canada and Switzerland launching first.

Through analytics, usability testing, and market workshops, I uncovered significant inconsistencies in structure, labelling, and content organisation. The outcome was a scalable navigation framework that balanced global consistency with local flexibility, making it easier for customers to discover products, content, and services across markets.

The solution increased conversion from 1.4% to 2.1% and has been successfully adopted across multiple global markets.
